Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cream Pie
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies:
· 1 cup Flour (120g)
· ½ tsp Baking Soda
· ½ tsp Salt
· 1 Stick Butter (room temperature)
· 1/3 Sugar (65g)
· 2/3 cup Brown sugar (140g)
· 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
· 1 Egg
· 1.5 cups of Rolled Oats (135g)
· ½ cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips (150g)
· ½ cup Milk Chocolate Chips (150g)
Cream Cheese Icing:
· 8 oz Cream Cheese (226g) (Room temp)
· ½ cup Unsalted Butter (113g) (Room temp)
· 2 cups Powdered Sugar (240g)
· 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, egg, salt, baking soda and vanilla extract until fluffy
2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, then place dough into the refrigerator
3. Make 12-14 dough balls and bake at 350℉ for 10 minutes
4. Place on a wire rack to cool
Cream Cheese Icing:
1. Combine all ingredients the butter and cream cheese in a bowl. Wisk until smooth then gradually mix in the powdered sugar.
2. Place in the fridge to firm up
