Spicy Bacon Cheesesteak

Ingredients:

Bacon Cheesesteak:

·         1-2 lbs Sliced Ribeye

·         Sliced Pepper Jack

·         1 Diced Onion

·         1 Diced Jalapeno

·         1 Diced Chili Pepper

·         Bacon

·         Seasoned Salt

·         Soft Baguette/ Seeded Roll

Sriracha Mayo:

·         ½ Cup Mayo

·         3 tbs Sriracha

Pickled Onions:

·         1 Large Red Onion

·         1 Cup Vinegar

·         1 Cup Water

·         Oregano

·         Salt, Pepper & MSG

Method:

Sriracha Mayo:

1.       Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Pickled Red Onion:

1.       Place the sliced onion and oregano into a reusable food container

2.       Microwave the vinegar and water for 3 minutes

3.       Combine the other ingredients and shake well

Spicy Bacon Cheesesteak:

1.       Cook the bacon to your desired preference (Air fry @ 365 for 10 minutes, flip halfway)

2.       In a wok or large cast iron pan. Cook the meat and veggies until they are browned, but still moist

3.       Add 3 slices of cheese and mix into the meat

4.       To construct the cheesesteak, Cut the bread and open like a book, carve out the soft part of the bread leaving only the crust, cover with a generous amount of sriracha mayo, followed by the steak, bacon and pickled onions. Wrap up tinfoil, cut in half and Enjoy
